Only issue I had, was I had to lift the shower base to get enough drop on the drainage, but that’s just my drainage, nothing wrong with the stone base, though the drainage filter which sits in the base, actually sits very high and you can not adjust it so it gets in the way a bit, which is quite annoying. Other than that it was an exceptional buy, very happy with it. The shower cubicle itself was easier than easy to assemble, instructions a bit vague, but it was all there and all very well cut to precision and a quality unit, actually surprisingly good for a change! This shower looks exactly as the picture. I love the shower and it looks perfect in my bathroom. The base is nice and white and plumber had no issues plumbing it in. Excellent price compared to loads that I looked at. Very pleased I purchased it and was not disappointed. Delivery was very quick too. Brilliant, I would definitely recommend.

Fitted this on a freshly installed tray. Not easy as a 1-man job because of size/weight of the thing (but glass is always heavy). The side fixing pieces (vertical U-channel, into which the enclosure mounts) are OK but not as deep (the channel) as they could be, which means that if your walls are not perfectly perpendicular to the tray then you may struggle to get the enclosure to sit properly. By this I mean to get both the ends of the bottom of the enclosure flat to the shower tray (easy) and the middle of the curve of the enclosure bottom flat to the shower tray (not so easy) requires that the enclosure has to be adjusted in terms of depth that slides into the U-channel to force the bottom curve to sit flat. This would be OK if the channels were very deep, but there is only about 1cm of insertion depth (from just about engaged to fully seated). 1cm may sound a lot, but that is 1cm over 180cm of height, so it allows very little angle adjustment. Turned it into a very tricky job to complete. Once installed it works well, and (at least when new) the seals meet and keep the water in the shower!

This is a great shower enclosure with good strong magnetic closure strips on door. Very easy cleaned and looks great with chrome finish. Good solid shower tray too. Great customer service provided by this company. My enclosure was poorly fitted originally and had to be refitted, unfortunately the supports were damaged when it was removed. I contacted the company (8 months after purchase) and they were amazing. They helped me find the parts in an instruction manual they emailed to me and had replacements parts sent off right away, I received them within a few days. Really happy with my purchase and experience dealing with this seller 😊
