For some reason mine was not on a gradient so contacted the seller and they said this is massively unusual and out of the hundreds of thousands they have sold only 2 have ever come back because of manufacturers error. I guess I was just unlucky. They resolved the issue double quick and refunded me because I'd sourced another as I needed it that day. Seller is really top notch, so if by some chance something is wrong they will be all over it. The product is high quality comes with everything you need. Id use the seller again should it be required.

Ordered a tray with an offset trap but got one with a centre trap. Couldn’t send it back as I had to finish the job so had to redo the floor for the trap to fit and adapt the tiles to finish. But all in all everything worked out fine and customer was happy. Next time please double check what you’re sending is what I ordered. Can’t fault the materials. Cheers !!

Does the job well but not recommended for novices as no instructions. Centre drain top grill sits a bit high compared to other shower trays I’ve used. The grill should sit flatter or it means more work to lay tiles a few mm higher. Only found that out after I’d finished tiling, so had to do some creative work on the product to get the water not to collect near the grill. Still works and looks fine.
