The product arrived on time however one side was poorly manufactured and had to be replaced. They did this once I sent proof but it took several days. It would have been cheaper to buy direct but was faster via amazon. Except it was much slower once there was a problem since they insist you run the issue via the amazon process and won’t discuss it direct. Quite stressful since I had a tight deadline. The new part was perfect. It was easy to install. The shower is really lovely.
