This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The shower enclosure I purchased was completely unfit for purpose – poorly designed, leaking, and utterly useless despite being installed exactly as instructed. Rather than taking any responsibility, the company’s response was to blame the installation and suggest I tweak parts and apply more silicone just to make it function. If a brand-new product requires that much modification to stop it leaking, then it’s clearly defective. But instead of acknowledging this, I was met with a smug, dismissive response telling me they “couldn’t see a problem” and wouldn’t issue a refund. Apparently, customer satisfaction means nothing to them once they’ve got your money. I’ll be ripping out the entire unit and replacing it with something that actually works – from a reputable supplier. Meanwhile, I’ll be making sure others are warned not to waste their time, money, or patience with this cowboy outfit. Steer well clear. You’ve been warned.

The product is very good quality but the instructions for this product are awful to say the least. I’ve put many shower cubicles together before and these instruction are poor. Also trying to call the supplier for advice is not worth trying they don’t answer there phones!
